A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Medicare Inbound Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with information and decisions regarding healthcare/Medicare plans
- Facilitate re-enrollment processes and address inquiries from individuals aging into the program
- Manage a mix of inbound and outbound calls based on customer interest, with no cold calls involved
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active health insurance license in the state of residence, in good standing
- Must reside in the state where licensed

- Minimum of six months of sales experience
