Licensed Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical reviews of medical benefit and pharmacy drug requests
• Issue approvals or recommendations to deny with supporting rationale
• Provide clinical review and support for payer's pharmacy clinical policies

Required Qualifications

• US licensed Pharmacist with 3-5 years of health plan experience
• 3-5 years of experience in utilization management reviews for medical and pharmacy prior authorization requests
• Experience in reviewing and contributing to clinical pharmacy policies
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
