Licensed Therapy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee therapists on carepods, supervising therapy intervention for high acuity patients
• Support therapists in understanding and implementing the integrated care model
• Supervise patient care with compassion, including during crisis escalations and group consultations

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Professional (PhD, LCSW, or LPC) eligible to provide patient care
• Willingness to be licensed in multiple states
• 8+ years of relevant experience post-degree, including 5+ years in people management
• 3+ years of experience in early-stage startup environments
• Able to work two evenings per week
