Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable marketing automation systems for personalized, cross-channel campaigns

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or marketing operations roles
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proven experience with enterprise-level marketing automation platforms, including Segment CDP or similar
- Ability to edit HTML for modular templates and customize dynamic content blocks
- Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and cross-channel marketing strategies
