Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support mortgage loan officers in their daily duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and facilitate timely loan closings
• Provide general clerical support to loan officers and processors as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
• Previous sales support experience is preferred
• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred
