Loan Servicing Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Representative (Remote) to manage delinquent accounts and provide customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform recovery efforts on delinquent accounts and address customer inquiries
• Review and monitor a high volume of delinquent accounts daily to minimize losses
• Document account activities accurately and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Zero to three years of collections experience or equivalent education and training
• Experience in the finance or credit industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
• Familiarity with automobile finance and collections preferred
