LTSS Program Report Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an LTSS & Dual Eligible Program Report Developer IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate complex reports and dashboards to track KPIs and metrics impacting patient care and operational efficiency
• Design and develop dynamic dashboards using business intelligence tools for various stakeholders
• Analyze current operations processes to identify optimization opportunities and recommend strategies for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of seven years of experience with ETL, BI, and database solutions
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Extensive data analysis experience
• Relevant healthcare or LTSS and/or Dual Eligible reporting experience preferred
