Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional workstreams for M&A deal integration
• Oversee business development projects from assessment to post-deal integration
• Develop project plans, budgets, and communication strategies for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Healthcare Administration preferred
• 6+ years of experience in project management of complex projects
• 2+ years of experience in corporate development or M&A, preferably in healthcare
• PMP certification required
• Experience with project management tools, including Monday.com
