Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional workstreams for M&A deal integration
- Oversee business development projects from assessment to post-deal integration
- Develop project plans, budgets, and communication strategies for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Healthcare Administration preferred
- 6+ years of experience in project management of complex projects
- 2+ years of experience in corporate development or M&A, preferably in healthcare
- PMP certification required
- Experience with project management tools, including Monday.com
