Our team supports a leading global brand in cultivating impactful connections with their audiences across diverse digital landscapes. We're seeking dynamic individuals to become integral to their high-performing marketing function.

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in strategising and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns and events. You will drive creative initiatives and go-to-market programmes, leading interactions with various vendors and partners. Your focus will predominantly be on the operational management of online events and digital activations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail from planning through to execution.

Role:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of diverse marketing projects, events and campaigns, from strategic planning through to meticulous execution.
  • Drive and oversee all project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring seamless execution across multiple initiatives.
  • Orchestrate robust collaboration and communication with a wide array of cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and lead liaison for all external vendors and partners.
  • Contribute to trend and competitive landscape analysis to inform strategic campaign direction and broader organisational goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day logistics and flawless execution of marketing initiatives, encompassing event and production logistics, alongside efficient asset delivery.
  • Conduct thorough post-campaign & post-event analysis, including surveys and comprehensive reports, to assess success metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any unforeseen challenges to ensure timely project execution and maintain momentum.

You:

  • 7- 10+ years of experience within brand marketing, content marketing, and/or PR & communications.
  • Experience within a media or technology organisation is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end, multi-channel brand campaigns, with essential experience in digital activations and event execution.
  • Solid understanding of the latest digital content, emerging trends, platforms, and industry best practices, particularly within the Gen Z landscape.
  • Exceptional project management skills, demonstrating the ability to lead cross-regional collaboration and coordinate a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the proven ability to extract actionable insights from data and research.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, consistently ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • You express yourself fluently in Korean and English (both written and verbal), fostering seamless communication across cultures.
