Job Summary
A company is looking for a Managed Services Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Performance Managers and Managed Services Coordinators to execute deliverables for dealer and OEM partners
- Manage and qualify incoming managed services requests, providing feedback on incomplete submissions
- Review and QA all Managed Services page builds before client submission
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing
- Some HTML or CSS coding skills are a plus
- Experience with account management and graphic design
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Wrike, and Slack
