Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of category managers to improve cost, quality, delivery, and reliability
• Develop and execute category strategies to enhance Total Cost of Ownership and secure supply continuity
• Maintain category knowledge and foster relationships with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of procurement experience in complex engineering and construction projects
• Experience in negotiations, including RFI, RFP, RFQ, and contract development
• Skills in benchmarking, market analysis, and procurement project management
• Experience with vendor management and purchase order administration
