Manager of Payer Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Payer Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate new payer contracts and manage existing payer relationships for Residential Treatment Center programs
• Coordinate financial data analysis and contract provision implementation across multiple departments
• Negotiate contracts and develop rate proposals while identifying strategic opportunities with payers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in developing and/or managing contracts
• Knowledge of negotiating contracts for residential treatment facilities
• Experience with diverse contracts, procurement processes, and reimbursement methodologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
