Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Physician Practice Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage performance and onboarding of direct reports while establishing key performance indicators for the Analytics team
• Provide high-level analysis for financial improvement opportunities and operational analysis related to access benchmarking indicators
• Prepare presentations of findings for physician practice leadership and assist in developing business tools for strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in Analytics
• 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience
• Proficiency in creating reports and conducting analysis within Epic & Excel
• Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and DRG coding concepts
