Manager of Population Health Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Population Health Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Support analytic data needs for the assigned business unit and handle complex data requests
• Coordinate analysis and development initiatives with cross health plan initiatives
• Manage, mentor, and train a team of analysts while performing analysis and reporting to support the Health Plan

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Previous experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
• Advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel skills, along with knowledge of relational databases
• Understanding of health insurance business and claims payment procedures preferred
