Manager of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Management to lead a team of product managers focused on nonprofit grantmaking and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire a team of product managers through coaching and fostering a culture of innovation
• Own and evolve the product roadmap for key capabilities in the Financials and Grantmaking space
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and deliver impactful solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including people leadership
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience with nonprofit financials and grantmaking platforms strongly preferred
• Proven track record of applying AI or data-driven approaches in product development
• Experience working in agile environments with a strong grasp of agile methodologies and tools
