Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to expand QA systems into new areas like Fraud, Integrity, and Risk
- Partner with Product, Operations, ML, and Engineering teams to define requirements and deliver scalable quality programs
- Build systems, workflows, and documentation for measurable and sustainable QA capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, or product operations
- Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning technical and business teams
- Strong analytical and project management skills with a focus on clarity and impact
- Experience launching new systems, processes, or capabilities from scratch
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI/ChatGPT prompt design or large-scale conversational analysis is a strong asset
