Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience
• Experience in software engineering and cloud-based systems management
• Technical knowledge in .Net, C#, SQL, and related technologies is preferred
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing organizational change
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and upper management
