Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Professional Tax Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality processing of tax file submissions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely submission of filings and payments for assigned Tax Services clients
• Lead and develop a team, providing training and monitoring key performance indicators related to client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Certified Payroll Professional certification preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in client services or account management roles, preferably in payroll or HR services
• Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and retention
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
