Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Revenue Cycle (PB/HB Underpayments) - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously improve the revenue cycle while enhancing patient service and optimizing vendor relationships
• Ensure staff adherence to standard operating procedures and report on financial and operational performance
• Identify trends, implement preventive programs, audit accounts, and resolve complex problems

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced knowledge of the revenue cycle process
• Intermediate leadership and people management skills
• Understanding of compliance and operational planning
