Manufacturing Maintenance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manufacturing Maintenance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the manufacturing mechanic team and manage maintenance operations
• Assist with line changeovers, equipment repairs, and identify mechanical malfunctions
• Train personnel on equipment use and monitor equipment performance for improvements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years of Manufacturing Mechanic experience
• Associates degree in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology or related field desired
• Experience in maintenance with a solid understanding of production equipment
• Ability to read and sketch mechanical drawings
• Familiarity with programmable controllers is desired
