Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of quantitative and qualitative research projects, including design, data analysis, and storytelling
- Translate research data into actionable insights through visual and story-driven reports
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project execution and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in consumer insights or research within entertainment, media, or technology
- B.A./B.S. degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools like Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to build client relationships and provide strategic guidance
