Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Associate to support key marketing and communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and send marketing emails and broker updates, including A/B testing
• Assist in drafting and distributing internal communications such as newsletters and presentations
• Manage social media content and maintain the company intranet and website

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience with email marketing tools and graphic design software
• Familiarity with social media management and website maintenance
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
