Club Kuma is a creative studio that builds brand-defining products from concept to shelf. Our newest in-house project is Frankly (smellfrankly.com). Our mission is to create elevated fragrances at an accessible price while telling compelling stories through scent.
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the brand’s next phase of growth, with a focus on influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing. You’ll help us build relationships, tell meaningful stories through content, and make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational instincts, an eye for what’s culturally relevant, and a passion for building brands online. You’ll collaborate across marketing, creative, and digital teams, gaining firsthand experience in multiple channels.
Job Description
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
• Research, source, and coordinate with content creators, influencers, and affiliate partners
• Manage outreach, product gifting, and follow-up communication
• Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics
• Maintain up-to-date records of tiers, asks, and usage rights
• Assist with onboarding creators into our affiliate platform
Content & Paid Media Support
• Assist in creating and organizing content for social and paid ads
• Maintain content calendar in collaboration with creative and digital teams
• Coordinate UGC, assets, and key brand visuals for performance creatives
Events & Activations
• Help execute pop-ups, brand activations, and creator meetups
• Coordinate event logistics, invites, and post-event recaps
Qualifications
• 1–2 years experience in marketing, social media, or influencer coordination (internships count!)
• Familiarity with platforms like Superfiliate, LTK, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication and follow-up instincts
• An eye for content – especially short-form video, social trends, and brand voice
• A natural self-starter who takes initiative and gets things done
