Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to manage client relationships and enhance customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage workflow for the client life-cycle and enhance client experience
- Assist in the development of sales and renewal strategies and prepare necessary proposals and documents
- Maintain effective relationships with carriers and vendors while providing advocacy and resolution for claims and plan administration
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent job experience
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience with Employee Benefits Programs in a brokerage or equivalent setting preferred
- Experience managing confidential information (HIPAA)
- Project management experience is a plus
- High level of personal initiative, integrity, and professional ethics
