Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Specialist 1 to manage communications related to operational incidents in the Health Benefit Account and Directed Spend business.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit communications addressing operational incidents, including letters, emails, and portal messages
- Attend issue management meetings to interpret technical incidents and create actionable messaging
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute supporting collateral and manage the internal email platform
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in communications and/or consumer marketing
- 1+ years of experience creating comprehensive marketing strategies
- Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Proven writing and editing skills across various channels
