Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Marketing Strategic Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the annual planning process by translating Statements of Work (SOWs) into strategic plans
- Document planning processes, meeting notes, and changes to annual plans continuously
- Organize and lead planning meetings with internal stakeholders across cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the higher education industry
- Prior marketing planning or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
- Experience using project management tools such as Wrike.com or similar
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and project management tools
