Marketplace Agent Broker Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketplace Agent Broker Analyst to support the operations and strategic advancement of the Federally Facilitated Exchange agent and broker program.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert on FFE agent and broker operations, including certification requirements and regulations
• Analyze agent and broker performance data to identify KPIs and recommend improvements
• Prepare executive-level reports and collaborate with technical teams to enhance the agent and broker experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Policy, Data Science, or a related field; or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in healthcare or insurance, with at least 5 years in the FFE
• Deep knowledge of agent and broker operations within the FFE, including EDE and certification requirements
• Experience drafting executive reports and policy documents
• Preferred: Master's degree in a related field and familiarity with process improvement frameworks
