Key Responsibilities
- Lead business discovery, capability assessment, and roadmap definition for marketing technology initiatives
- Evaluate and provide strategic recommendations on the client's MarTech stack and operational processes
- Manage product backlog, prioritize user stories, and align roadmap items with business goals and KPIs
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in the MarTech domain
- Strong knowledge of major MarTech platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proven experience in MarTech capability assessment and roadmap creation
- Hands-on experience in customer journey mapping and campaign workflows
- Agile/Scrum Product Owner certification is preferred
