A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney (Remote - MD).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and legal research for cases
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in the state of Maryland
• Experience in litigation, particularly in insurance defense
• Familiarity with legal research tools and databases
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
