Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards
- Verify that all recommendations are supported by evidence-based rationales and current clinical citations
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and medications
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Must be a qualified typist with a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
