Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Coordinator with a MA Pharmacy License.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population by making outbound calls and enrolling eligible patients
  • Educate patients on the services offered by the specialty pharmacy program
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company values while managing patient information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • MA Pharmacy Technician License or commitment to obtain required licensure
  • 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
  • National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required
  • Flexibility in shift times, including occasional Saturday availability
