Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Coordinator with a MA Pharmacy License.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population by making outbound calls and enrolling eligible patients
- Educate patients on the services offered by the specialty pharmacy program
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company values while managing patient information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- MA Pharmacy Technician License or commitment to obtain required licensure
- 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
- National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required
- Flexibility in shift times, including occasional Saturday availability
