We are looking for a strategic and client-centric Client Partner / Trusted Advisor to join our Business Development team. This senior role is pivotal in driving client success, growth, and innovation through deep advisory engagement, solution consulting, and strategic planning. As a Trusted Advisor, you will serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams — leveraging your expertise in technology and consulting to deliver impactful, future-ready solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze client business needs to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to stay ahead of trends and disruptions.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify market gaps, innovation opportunities, and strategic advantages.
- Develop both short-term and long-term business growth strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to define and execute strategic action plans.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, offering expert insights on business development and growth.
- Articulate the unique selling propositions (USPs) of the company’s solutions effectively.
- Create persuasive materials including case studies, ROI models, and client success stories.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to continuously refine go-to-market strategies.
- Build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Provide clients with expert guidance on market trends, business challenges, and innovative solutions.
- Identify and support opportunities for client growth, transformation, and competitive differentiation.
- Drive account expansion by uncovering new opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Align internal teams (delivery, product, subsidiaries) to ensure client needs are met with precision and agility
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Strategy, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic client engagement roles within the technology or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, digital transformation, and solution consulting.
- Proven track record in driving business development and growing key client accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Adept at navigating matrix organizations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
