Job Summary

A company is looking for a Media Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day operations for traditional media, ensuring accurate and timely entry of buys
  • Receive, verify, document, and approve invoices for media vendor payments
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to facilitate media operations
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher
  • Minimum of two years media-related work experience
  • Basic accounting knowledge, including familiarity with budgeting and reconciliation
  • Agency or corporate media experience in traditional media preferred
  • Familiarity with business processes and systems, including expertise in Strata Buying Management Software (Freewheel)
