A company is looking for a Media Administrative Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations for traditional media, ensuring accurate and timely entry of buys
- Receive, verify, document, and approve invoices for media vendor payments
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to facilitate media operations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher
- Minimum of two years media-related work experience
- Basic accounting knowledge, including familiarity with budgeting and reconciliation
- Agency or corporate media experience in traditional media preferred
- Familiarity with business processes and systems, including expertise in Strata Buying Management Software (Freewheel)
