A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative Medical Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patient appointments while providing information for various requests
• Process communication requests efficiently across multiple channels
• Train and onboard new team members on departmental processes and available services

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Arizona, Nevada, or Texas
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment or high-volume contact center
• Medical Assistant Diploma or equivalent military training
• Experience with computer systems, including office and web-based applications
