A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Medical Billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities and payment plans
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding outstanding balances and document conversations
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws regarding collections policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous call center experience (in-office or remote)
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
