Medical Coding Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Coding & Compliance Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile billing and revenue data for the Coding Compliance team
• Prepare data summaries and reports for leadership and other departments
• Research coding changes and clinician payment data from the billing system

Required Qualifications

• Education Level: High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred
• At least two years of experience in a coding and billing healthcare setting
• Experience with database reporting tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Crystal Reports, Excel)
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience may substitute for required education
