Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inpatient Medical Coding Trainer/Educator (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct corporate training programs focused on revenue cycle complex claims education
• Collaborate with leadership to create engaging training content and materials
• Facilitate instruction across various modalities and monitor new hire performance during training

Requirements & Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Medical and billing coding certification
• 2+ years of healthcare experience with knowledge of the revenue cycle
• Experience with health insurance denials and underpayments
• 1 year of relevant training experience preferred
