Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist, Document Integrity - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives, reviews, collates, and submits claim documents and medical records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Faxes claim documents accurately and maintains compliance with HIPAA
- Renames and organizes electronic files of scanned mail in the appropriate client/patient folders
Required Qualifications
- Adherence to HIPAA requirements
- Moderate computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Some experience working with medical records is preferred
- Strong organization and documentation skills for accurate record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
