Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Editor.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure editorial accuracy and style/format consistency of various materials
• Edit content for grammar, spelling, accuracy, consistency, and flow
• Research medical and scientific topics and help maintain style guides

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, journalism, English, communications, or related field
• Previous experience as a medical editor in a related industry
• Proficiency in AMA style and excellent knowledge of English grammar
• Experience editing medical materials and understanding complex medical topics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; experience in oncology is a plus
