A company is looking for a Communication Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact provider offices to request copies of medical records
- Identify and coordinate the retrieval method and scheduling of record retrieval
- Enter and maintain records into the in-house computer application to document and track record retrievals
Required Qualifications
- Previous call center sales or collections experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge and training in accurate data entry and office procedures
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and own computer equipment
- High School diploma or equivalency required
