Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Writer, encouraging recent PhD candidates to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality content for various medical communications projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of science and client messaging
• Develop content independently, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget
• Maintain client relationships and manage day-to-day communication regarding written work

Required Qualifications

• A life science graduate (PhD, PharmD, or MD required)
• Experience as a medical writer in a healthcare communications agency or a recent graduate from an accredited program
• Exceptional attention to detail in scientific content and editorial standards
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with referencing software and database searching is preferable
