Medicare Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Representative to join their Enrollment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process member applications for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Employer Group, and Individual health plans
• Review enrollment forms for completeness and compliance with regulations
• Verify member eligibility and resolve enrollment issues through research and outreach

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or college coursework preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in health plan enrollment, healthcare administration, or insurance operations
• Working knowledge of Medicare and/or ACA enrollment guidelines preferred
• Experience with enrollment systems
• Strong skillset with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
