Job Summary

A company is looking for a MEDITECH Expanse Business and Clinical Analytics (BCA) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to identify reporting needs and create actionable BCA dashboards and datasets
• Design, develop, and optimize BCA dashboards using Visual Insight and SQL-based datasets
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of BCA reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of advanced experience with MEDITECH Expanse and BCA platform
• Proficiency in SQL for dataset development and data extraction
• Experience with MEDITECH Data Repository, Visual Insight, or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
