Job Summary

A company is looking for a MEDITECH Magic PHA Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for the Magic 5.6 Pharmacy modules and troubleshoot user-reported issues
• Document support issues and assist in testing and validating system updates
• Coordinate with senior analysts or vendors for complex issue resolution and share knowledge with peers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in MEDITECH Magic, Client Server or Expanse PHA
• Expertise in Office suite products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
