Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service and cross-sell credit union products and services
- Perform member account maintenance and resolve product or service issues
- Offer first-tier technical support for electronic services and maintain member confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution
- Minimum 1 year of call center, sales, or related experience
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
