Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service while cross-selling credit union products and services
- Perform member account maintenance and provide first-tier technical support for electronic services
- Resolve product or service issues, ensuring member satisfaction and maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution
- Minimum 1 year of call center or sales experience
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations
