A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone regarding spending account products
- Educate customers on IRS regulations, claims processing, and various spending accounts
- Resolve issues and maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required; associate's degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- One to two years of customer service and/or call center experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Windows operating systems
- Must have a secure and distraction-free work environment at home
