Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in merchandising or product development in the consumer goods or retail industry
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data forecasting tools
- Experience with Amazon merchandising is strongly preferred
