In this vibrant role, you will serve as the primary contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about our fashion products, helping them place orders, and providing styling advice. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch for fashion-related inquiries and assistance.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process, including order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Offer detailed information about products, including sizes, styles, and availability.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Document customer inquiries and feedback to support improvements in service delivery.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to remain informed about new arrivals and promotions.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and industry standards to better assist customers.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in fashion retail is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for fashion and customer service.
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer service software and online retail platforms is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
