Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to our online retail platform.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
- Offer information about product availability, features, and specifications.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with logistics and product teams to address customer needs.
- Stay updated on promotions, new product launches, and online retail trends to assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within an online retail environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and handle various customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer service software or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
